The State University of New York College of Optometry is seeking an individual to fill the essential position in its business office responsible for purchasing and procurement, including contracting and related compliance issues.     Reporting to the Associate VP for Administration, the individual will be responsible for the daily procurement and vendor payment activities of the College and related entities such as the Research Foundation of SUNY, including creation of Request for Proposals, Invitations to Bids and solicitations and advertisements related to them.   In addition, the individual will be responsible for contract creation and maintenance, coordinating with user departments so that contracts are executed
