The Human Resources Director develops, plans, leads, directs and coordinates the policies, activities and staff of the Human Resources department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the College’s missions and talent strategy. Administers all human resource programs to include employee relations, compensation, training and development, benefits administration, health and wellness, and equal employment opportunity.
