Job Summary The Office of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leads planning and development for UWM's annual operating budget of more than $650 Million. Other core FA&A functions include resource allocation, management reporting and forecasting, and providing analyses to support campus operational and financial decisions.
The impact and the scope of this position is institution-wide: under general supervision of the director of FP&A, the successful candidate will work with divisional finance leaders and campus leadership to develop UWM's annual operating budget, provide analytical support for campus and divisional forecasts and management reporting, and prepare ad hoc analyses to support campus operational and financial decisions.
Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in business, finance, accounting or related discipline Professional work experience with financial data management, data analysis and/or budget planning and development
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related discipline
5+ years of professional work experience with financial data management, data analysis and budget planning and development
Demonstrated knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet applications, including macros, graphics, and pivot tables
Experience working in higher education
