POSITION SUMMARY Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Accounting, the Staff Accountant is responsible for all areas related to cash management, investment accounting and fixed assets.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   Cash Management Assist with reconciliation of various cash and other balance sheet accounts Prepare monthly bank adjusting general journal entries Serve as backup to accounts payable and accounts receivable when necessary   Investment Accounting Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records for various investment vehicles Prepare account reconciliation
