Lebanon Valley College seeks a director of risk management. The director of risk management reports to the vice president for finance and administration, and promotes a broad, enterprise-wide view of risk management.  This includes overseeing the property and casualty insurance programs; working closely with EIIA (LVC’s insurance consortium), providing resources and implementing programs to manage risk; developing and implementing a contracts management program; increasing awareness of risk management across campus by providing education and training; and supporting the implementation of an enterprise risk management program.  The director of risk management also aligns risk response with resource allocations and strategic objectives.

Qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of progressive experience and proven success with complex risk management programs. Experience with regulatory compliance, regulatory filings and reports, and contract management in the areas of insurance, finance, legal, loss control, claims management, and risk information system(s) preferred. Experience using Enterprise Document Management systems to manage documents and workflow preferred. Certificates, licenses, registrations:  CRM, ERM, CIC, CPCU, CPCM or similar certifications preferred.
