Job Summary The IT Business Analyst applies analytical processes to the implementation, enhancement, and support of IT systems to meet business requirements. As such, it requires diagnostic and problem-solving skills, knowledge of business practices, the ability to conduct business process analysis, and familiarity with IT project management.
