Wake Forest University seeks an experienced, collaborative, and strategic leader to serve as the University’s next Director of the Title IX Office and Section 504 Coordinator. The Director will report jointly to the Associate Provost for Academic Initiatives and the Vice President of Campus Life, underscoring the importance of this role in all facets of the University’s campus culture. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience in forging partnerships in a highly relational environment and demonstrated expertise in Title IX and Section 504 at a higher education institution of similar size and complexity.

The Director will be responsible for the oversight and management of the University’s Title IX and Section 504 investigation and compliance efforts. The Director will be joining an organizational environment that highly values the work of the Title IX Office and its engagement with the greater campus community. The individual in this role will supervise three staff within the Title IX office, including investigative and programmatic support, and will work collaboratively with many constituent groups and leaders across the institution. The Title IX Office and its leader continue to be charged with cultivating a safe, inclusive campus climate through prevention, education, and outreach efforts, in addition to providing strong investigative and reporting channels.
