Handle accounting functions, including but not limited to: prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other general ledger reconciliations, review journal entries and invoices related to restricted funds, and process daily gift revenue. Assist members of financial accounting staff with month-end close process and related reporting needs.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or demonstrated equivalent experience is required. Applicants must possess strong analytical, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must (advanced level Excel skills required), and familiarity with accounting software strongly preferred.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting environment is preferred. The successful candidate will be subject to a criminal history background check and credit check.
