The Director of Fiscal Management and Human Resources provides financial, business and human resources leadership for the Division of Student Affairs. Oversees all aspects of Student Affairs budget administration, financial planning, management and reporting. As the designated Human Resources Liaison for Student Affairs, manages HR processes for all Student Affairs departments. Serves as a member of the Dean’s senior staff and divisional management team. Maintains effective communication with the Provost’s Office, the Office of Budget & Planning and other central campus partners, including the Administration & Provost Finance Center.
Master’s degree or relevant professional certification.
Seven to ten years of relevant experience in higher education or a complex, multi-divisional environment and a Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent.
Demonstrated exceptional skills and experience in financial planning, human resources management, problem-solving, data analysis, negotiation and mediation.
Exceptional organizational, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Proven record of maintaining professional standards handling highly sensitive and confidential issues.
Proficiency in utilizing relevant information management, database and other systems.
