Montgomery County Community College invites applications for a Student Accounting Administrator. The Student Accounting Administrator is responsible for performing and providing assistance to those staff members performing accounts receivable functions at both Central and West Campuses. Oversees the invoicing of all third party accounts and assist with the day-to-day operational activities related to student payments, billing, collections and refunds.
Hours: Weekend and late hours as needed during peak periods.
*This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off-site locations. The primary office location is the Blue Bell campus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related Business degree
Five years of directly applicable experience.
Experience with automated accounting systems
Knowledge of fiscal controls related to the safeguarding of institutional funds.
