Retail Dining Services Manager Ferris State University
Manage dining services retail units, coordinating and supervising the activities of workers engaged in retail services to ensure an efficient and profitable food service.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management or related field. Three years full-time food service management experience in retail operation(s) with progressive responsibility including supervisory responsibilities.
