You'll be part of a small, nimble team comprised of highly motivated and talented people working to make higher education affordable and student centric.

Finance Manager for Student Aid? Nah, what we really need is a Super Bursar! Don’t know what a Bursar is? That’s OK, most people don’t. Traditionally, this is the person (or team – “office of the Bursar”) at a University that is responsible for billing of student tuition accounts.
For Minerva, this is an incredibly important and rewarding role. You will engage with hundreds of incredibly talented undergrad students from across the global to help them financially afford the University of their dreams. Every student admitted to Minerva that is eligible for financial aid receives it. It will be your job to figure out how that is determined and administered – no easy task when 80% of our student body is international.
You will be responsible for all Minerva financial processes related to students – from awarding financial aid packages, to administering student tuition bills and collections, to determining how our student work-study program and internship programs will be administered. You will gain broad exposure to international business law, tax law, and payments processing.
As Super Bursar you will be leading an important and strategic function managing all of our Student Accounts, which as we scale, will create new leadership opportunities for you as a ground floor member of our currently small finance team.
