The Business and Finance Division of Rollins College is seeking an experienced professional to join the team. The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining specialized applications, including upgrades and changes to Campus Card System/Blackboard Transact and Point of Sale (POS) systems. You will identify, document and troubleshoot application-related issues and assist users and technical staff accordingly; ensure application compliance with campus information security policies and federal, state and contractual requirements; and develop audit procedures to ensure that all departments maintain PCI compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and experience working with college-level students
Minimum of four years of related experience in a similar role
Experience in database reporting and POS devices, including related hardware/software maintenance
Understanding of financial accounting principles in budget reconciliation
Demonstrated ability to work with faculty and staff who have various levels of technical background and understanding
Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to develop, compile and present information
