Rider University invites applications for an Assistant Vice President, Financial Planning and Budget who will report directly to the VP for Finance. S/he will plan, direct and monitor the development and monitoring of University budgets, cash forecasts, and short- and long-term financial forecasts of the University including sensitivity analysis. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop comprehensive, fully-integrated forecasting approaches and models and ensure critical analysis and deliberation of core assumptions.

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years accounting experience with evidence of increasing levels of responsibility including supervision, preferably in higher education. Experience with proactive long-term fiscal planning, along with effective interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills are required.
