The Office of Financial Services seeks a Capital Asset Accountant and Internal Control Manager. An integral part of the controller's team, this position performs all accounting of capital assets, financial statement reporting including footnotes for capital assets, developing and monitoring internal controls for capital and other operational areas reporting to the controller, documents and maintains internal control systems and process documentation for all areas reporting to the controller and leads re-engineering projects as requested. Position is also responsible for interpreting financial impacts of new GASBs on financial operations and capital asset accounting processes and recommends preferred course of action to Controller and/or Vice President for Finance and Administration.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Accountant/Fiscal Analyst III (AD25/149024), full-time position with benefits. SC Pay Band 06. Primary work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, this position may require varying work hours and weekend work. Must be flexible to meet special scheduling needs of the University.
