Work in association with the Vice Provost for Continuing & Professional Education to manage, operate and supervise a Major Budgetary Unit (a total of $44 million from multiple subunits and sources of funds, approximately 42 employees) approved by the Board of Trustees to offer self-sustaining non-traditional education programs to the citizens of the Commonwealth and beyond.

Master’s degree in finance, business or related field plus five years’ relevant financial experience to include budgeting of revenue and expense or Bachelor’s degree plus seven years’ experience in same. Experience in human resource and personnel management. Supervisory experience to include leadership abilities and a management style that are effective in the creation of a collegial working environment. Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal and public relations skills. Must be a self-motivated team builder.
Experience in working in higher education administration and a unionized environment desirable.
